Mr. Dimingo began his training in 1964 under Leslie Safar Sensei at the South Jersey Karate Club in Collingswood, NJ. Two years and a brown belt later he dropped out. He hopes his extreme effort will become his everyday form. He is also excited that in his 60's he can still learn something new each and every time he trains. Ed also enjoys sparring which he states "gives me the chance to use and build upon problem solving and strategizing skills. These skills have spilled over into his personal life as well. For the last 25 years he specialized in technology marketing and currently he is VP of Marketing at a Cherry Hill marketing consultancy.

Mr. Dimingo dropped out of high school and joined the Marine Corp at the age of 16 and became the first featherweight of the 6th Marines Boxing Team at Camp LeJeune during 1956-57. Upon his discharge he finished High School and went to Glassboro State College, earned a BA in English and then a MA at Temple University in English.
